Your safety is my highest priority. All participants are required to follow the guide’s instructions at all times.

The guide reserves the right to change the route, modify the itinerary, or cancel the tour at any time due to weather, trail conditions, natural hazards, or any other safety-related reasons.

The guide also reserves the right to refuse participation or require a participant to leave the tour if, in the guide’s judgment, the participant’s physical condition, fitness level, equipment, or behavior creates an unacceptable safety risk.

Participants who refuse to follow the guide’s instructions or whose behavior endangers themselves, other participants, or the guide may be required to leave the tour immediately, even after the tour has started.

No refunds will be provided if a participant is refused participation or removed from the tour for any of the reasons described above.

Late arrivals may not be able to join the tour, and no refunds will be given in such cases.

Participation is strictly prohibited for anyone under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs.

All participants are required to have travel insurance that covers hiking activities in Japan, including emergency rescue and medical expenses.
